Our nurses are experienced in wound and ostomy care, and can help answer questions for the client or family caregiver. We focus on providing quality care for complex or hard-to-heal wounds. Our wound care nurses are recognized for their expertise and highly effective, evidence-based treatments. We visit the home to assess patient needs and then work with the referring physician to develop a specific plan of care.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
No problem! Simply give us 72 hours heads up before your appointment and we will gladly cancel or reschedule your clean to a time that works best for you.
How does billing and payment work?
Home Making & Attendant Care services are approved under Monthly Personal Care Assistance Funding.
We directly bill ICBC for home making & Attendant Care Services as per your needs.
In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system.
We take security very very seriously. There is NO Financial information needed.
What Services will ICBC Home Making Service include:
Depending on your approved number of Home Making hours the following services will be provided.
- General household cleaning including dusting, sweeping, and garbage disposal.
- Overall upkeep/tidying of the house.
- Vacuuming
- Laundry.
- Ironing.
- Dish washing
- Dusting
- Bed making
- Grocery shopping
- Meal preparation.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we do bring our own supplies and equipment. If you would rather we use your supplies instead of ours, please let us know. We are happy to accommodate any special requests.
Will you send a different team every time I book a service?
No, Our goal is to send you the same cleaning team each time. we will always send the same team unless specifically instructed otherwise. We know it’s important to build a trusting relationship with your cleaning team.
So we do our best to keep you with the same team as long as you’re . In cases where your regular team is out sick or unavailable, we will call or email and inform you a new team will be arriving. That way you’re never caught off-guard.
Do you send the same cleaning team?
It is a definite benefit to our clients and staff to send you the same cleaning team each time. Occasionally there may be a change in cleaners due to illness, day off, or vacation; therefore we can not always guarantee the same individual/team for each cleaning.
